Unigrains Développement is a private equity asset manager, registered with the AMF under the number GP-16000003, since February 3rd, 2016. A wholly owned subsidiary of Unigrains, it manages French and European funds dedicated to agri-food companies. The company established a branch under Italian law in July 2017 in Milan.

Unigrains Italian acts as a sectoral, responsible and long-term investor in the capital of Italian small-midsized agri-food companies valued between 30 and 150 million euros with unitary equity tickets between 5 and 25 million euros. Its ambition is to invest 80 to 100 million euros, directly and from equity capital, in roughly 10 companies across the agri-food value chain in order to support their development projects through external/organic growth, internationalization, or shareholder transitions, always in close proximity with entrepreneurs.
